1. Choose your jumper:
Select your preferred colour and size.

2. Provide your personalisation details:
Enter the wording and any other details requested in the options before adding your jumper to the cart.

3. Receive posting instructions:
After you order, we’ll email you the address and instructions for sending your baby’s clothing to our Melbourne studio.

4. Post your baby’s clothing:
The price of your order does not include postage for sending the garments to us. Please arrange this at your own cost. We recommend tracked postage and keeping your tracking number until they arrive.

5. Receive your keepsake:
Our 3–5 business day production time starts when your clothing arrives. We’ll send your finished DAD jumper and the remaining baby clothing back to you.

To help protect your keepsake and preserve the embroidery and treasured fabrics:
* Cold gentle machine wash
* Wash inside out
* Wash with similar colours
* Use mild detergent
* Do not bleach
* Do not tumble dry
* Line dry in the shade
* Do not dry clean
* Do not iron directly over embroidery or appliqué
If ironing is required, iron inside out on a low heat setting
* Handle appliqué and keepsake fabrics with care

Please note: As your keepsake is created using your own sentimental fabrics, some materials may be more delicate than others. Gentle washing and minimal heat will help preserve your keepsake for years to come.
