TURNAROUND & DELIVERY
Please allow 3–5 business days for your personalised garment to be embroidered before dispatch. Delivery time is additional. Express shipping speeds up delivery after dispatch; it does not shorten production time.
CARE
Turn inside out before washing and follow the garment’s care label. Use a gentle cold wash, avoid bleach and do not iron directly over the embroidery.

Its smooth fleece surface provides a beautiful base for personalised embroidery, while the midweight construction makes it comfortable for layering and everyday wear.
